Join Rod for this exploration into harnessing the energetic awareness in your body to bring a sense of power into your practice while remaining calm and breathing easily. In yoga, this balance of strength with ease is called 'Sthira' and 'Sukha' and the discovery of their perfect balance keeps yoga interesting and uplifting. A lifetimes worth of curiosity can be found in fine tuning a balance that suits the demands of your life moment to moment. Your practice on the mat provides the "tuning fork" to hone the skill to maintain the harmony of life's melody.
