By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, or by purchasing an online pass and practicing yoga classes via inyoga.online's class library or course, I hereby agree that the following terms and conditions and undertakings apply to the Yoga Exercises (“Yoga Exercises”) to be provided to me by InYoga:
1 - I am participating voluntarily in online or studio classes, workshops or events offered by InYoga. I have been examined by a licensed medical practitioner (“Practitioner”) within the past six months and have been found by such Practitioner to be able to perform all vigorous stretching and Yoga Exercises which I am to perform during my participation in the yoga class, workshop or event organised by InYoga.
2 - I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by InYoga and their associated teachers, as to when, where, and how to perform and not to perform the Yoga Exercises.
3 - I agree and acknowledge that participation in any Yoga Exercises could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognise, accept and assume this risk and warrant that I am physically fit and able to perform the Yoga Exercises without risking serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I acknowledge that neither InYoga, associated teachers, staff or employees shall be nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract of in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishap I sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the Yoga Exercises.
4 - I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in Yoga Exercises and theory only. InYoga, associated teachers, staff or employees of InYoga, are not liable for, nor are expected to provide any advice, training or medical assistance other than in the form of Yoga Exercises.
5 - I indemnify and will at all times hereafter well and sufficiently indemnify and keep fully indemnified InYoga, associated teachers, staff or employees of InYoga from and against all actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against InYoga, associated teachers, staff or employees of InYoga or incurred or become payable by InYoga, associated teachers, staff or employees of InYoga in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap to me.
6 - The fee paid by me for participation in InYoga’s classes, workshops or events is non-refundable. InYoga in their sole discretion may grant refunds to me without prejudicing any of their rights. InYoga reserves the right to cancel any event, in which case a full refund will be granted.
7 - I indemnify InYoga, associated teachers, staff or employees of InYoga against any loss or damage of my personal belongings that may arise through my attending an event, class or workshop offered by InYoga.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
