This short breathwork practice will help you to find more range, space and freedom in your breath, so that you’re making the most efficient use of every breath you take.

Tension in your abdomen can restrict the ability of your diaphragm (your main breathing muscle) to move freely.  Learn how to relax your abdomen to get a deeper range in your breath. This will help your nervous system switch into its more restful state, and have a cascading effect through all the systems of your body leading to better health and vitality.

Rod Galbraith

Rod Galbraith is co-founder of InYoga, created to provide premium yoga education, dedicated to translating the wisdom of yoga and meditation in an accessible format for modern people.
