Join Rod for a very simple yet powerful breathing practice, where you’ll learn how to direct your breath so that it flows effortlessly through alternating nostrils.  This timeless pranayama will balance both sides of your autonomic nervous system, which improves left and right brain connectivity.  The effect of this is that you’ll remain very calm and clear, but at the same time you’ll be very alert to whatever you’re doing.

Rod Galbraith

Rod Galbraith is co-founder of InYoga, created to provide premium yoga education, dedicated to translating the wisdom of yoga and meditation in an accessible format for modern people.
